Advanced Technology Construction. With Northwest Biotherapeutics increase in product development, expansion of its campus became the next step. Advanced Technology Construction Company (ATC), and other constructors assisted Northwest Biotherapeutics in the design and construction of its new cleanrooms and laboratories.

The following is a virtual tour of the Northwest Biotherapeutics campus, provided by Advanced Technology Construction, that includes photographs of the work in progress along with descriptions of what was done, why it was done, how long it took, and the benefits to Northwest Biotherapeutics.

Northwest Biotherapeutics is located in Bothell, WA -- part of the technology corridor in Snohomish County.  The Technology Corridor has a large and rapidly growing concentration of technology based companies, including ATL Ultrasound, ICOS, and Immunex. Buildings in this area are relatively new and typically of concrete tilt-up construction.

Previously a warehouse, the empty structure contains 38,000 square feet of floor space. Demolishing the existing internal wooden structure and installing the second floor structural mezzanine were completed within two months of the project launch.
